RCFA - an 'extra special' venue for corporate events
Premier venue hire specialists 'HEADBOX' have recently reviewed Reuben Colley Fine Art as an outstanding venue to hire for corporate events.  Read the full review below.

"When looking for a location for an event it’s important that you think outside the box. To ensure you provide an inspirational experience for your guests you require a space which provides something no other venue can. In Birmingham, that space is the Reuben Colley Fine Art Gallery.

Found in the heart of the ‘second city’ a stone’s throw from the city’s iconic Cathedral Square and just moments away from the hustle and bustle of Birmingham’s historic landmarks and attractions you will find one of the city’s hidden gems. Reuben Colley Fine Art represents some of the finest living artists in the country, boasting an eclectic mix of genres and styles with an aim of bridging the gap between artist and viewer.

Opening in 2010 and founded by artist Reuben Colley, the gallery features an array of stunning artwork from some of the world’s finest, including Andy Warhol, Henri Matisse, Damien Hirst and Banksy.

2019 promises to be another exciting chapter in the history of the gallery with Reuben Colley’s latest work taking visitors from the woods and lakes of the nearby Sutton Park to the rugged coastline of Cornwall. Elsewhere, Mark Godwin’s new collection, Incident, defines ‘our longing for an emotional encounter with nature’, through a timeless and nostalgic offering of landscapes.

It goes without saying that the collection at Reuben Colley should be enough to get you through the doors of the gallery to explore a unique compilation of work, but there’s much more to this venue than meets the eye because the space is also available to hire as a one-of-a-kind events venue.

The gallery itself is set within a delightfully converted Victorian building which dates back to 1870. The building’s grand and ornate architecture was designed by architect Yeoville Thompson who was also responsible for the Birmingham Council House which stands proud in Chamberlain Square.

If you are in search of a space that will provide your event, whatever it may be, with a grand, stylish setting that is guaranteed to provide you and your guests with a memorable occasion, then Reuben Colley can fulfill your brief. For networking events, drinks receptions and company get-togethers the space can welcome up to 120 guests and with work by some of the 20th century's most significant artists lining the walls your guests will have no shortage of talking points.

What’s extra special about Reuben Colley is that the team at the gallery will go that extra mile to ensure your event runs seamlessly from start to finish. They make your business their business and are on hand with guidance for food and catering. However, they are more than happy to leave you to handle the finer details for yourself.

Visit Reuben Colley’s news page and subscribe to their monthly newsletter to keep up to date with all the latest work taking place at the gallery and visit their listings page to find out all that the venue offers as an events space."
